- Melbourne Central ($400 million) project

- Bracewell (Chadstone Shopping Centre).
- The award-winning $12 million Christchurch International Airport Control Tower (New Zealand’s Royal Master Builders Commercial Project of the year award).
- The $5 million Christchurch Hospital Emergency redevelopment and extension (finalist for the NZIOB Award for excellence in the building industry for his work on this project).
- $35 million expansion for Meadow Mushrooms Composting Facility (New Zealand’s leading producer of mushroom products. The state-of-the-art and the innovative solution was successfully completed on budget and delivered on schedule despite the wettest New Zealand winter recorded in history.
- Westfield Southland Barrel Vault development which involved the installation of steel and glass skylights by helicopter without interrupting retail trade. This exciting project was a finalist in the Master Builders Awards for Best Project under $5 million.
- $3M extension of Westfield Doncaster to house the Zara store with minimal impacts to trading and public transport, including the extension of 3 stories and basement.
- $6 million industrial warehouse development for Davies Bakery, after initially securing the contract and managing all design, cost and program expectations for the client. The project included the build of a 5000m2 factory +external carpark, pavement and hardstand
- $2M Hutong Grand restaurant on Commercial Rd Prahran.
- $1.5M China Red Burke St. CBD. The first restaurant in Melbourne to have touch screens at every table to place your order directly to the kitchen.
- $1.2M Matilda Bay Brewery. This was a complex build working inside a fully operational brewery. Strict controls had to be put in place ensuring all dust was eliminated from our construction site so it wouldn’t contaminate the beer fermenting process. This project was a finalist in the ASOFIA awards.
- $3M Lt Latrobe street 3 story heritage listed building. The building was completely demolished and rebuilt, retaining only the façade which required 13m structural columns to secure it throughout the build.
- $900K Glenferrie Rd Hawthorn single story heritage listed build. This Project involved safely securing the façade so it could be retained while the remainder of the building was completely demolished to rebuild a commercial space below and a 2 bedroom apartment above.
